Restoring Hope Through Water Supply

Bhardeu village in Konjyosom Rural Municipality-05, Lalitpur, had long faced water scarcity. Its 40-year-old storage tank, already deteriorating, was further damaged by the September 2024 floods & landslides. With initiative from Mr. Akash Tamang, Chairman of the Maya Chaur Water User Committee and support from NCRS and SPI, constructed the water storage tank and intake including pipeline support from Rural Municipality. The village now enjoys reliable access to clean water, bringing relief, dignity and renewed hope to its residents.
